What VastuPlanner does

You answer a short set of questions about your plot and your home. VastuPlanner then draws a floor plan for it from a catalogue of plans, with a report on how the plan sits with Vastu principles, room sizes and areas, elevations and a 3D view. When you unlock a plan, you can edit it and download it as SVG, DXF, IFC, a glTF 3D model and a sheet to print or save as PDF.

Concept designs only

Every plan VastuPlanner draws is a concept design, a starting point for talking to an architect or engineer. It is not construction-ready or sanction-ready. It is not structurally or municipally approved, and it is not checked for compliance with the National Building Code or any local building bye-law. Before anything is built, the drawings, structure, services and regulatory requirements must be reviewed and prepared by qualified local professionals.

The Vastu report is guidance, based on configurable architectural principles. It is not a guarantee of any outcome and not a professional certification.

Your account

You sign in with your email address or your Google account. Keep access to them to yourself: what is done through your account is treated as done by you. The plans you draw and the edits you make are stored with your account and are visible only to you.

Free and paid plans

A new account can draw 3 plans free, once, and view them with their Vastu reports and elevations. Editing and downloads are not part of the free plan.

The current paid offer is a one-time unlock for ₹899. It is paid through the provider shown at checkout and enables editing and downloads for one plan you have drawn. It remains unlocked for your account. The payment adds no generations. Monthly subscriptions are not currently available.

After the payment provider confirms payment, access to editing and downloads is enabled for the selected plan in your account. Digital delivery and exchanges are described in the shipping and exchange policy. Refund eligibility is described in the cancellation and refunds policy.

Using the site fairly

Please do not try to get around the limits of your plan, reach anyone else's account or data, or put a load on the site that stops others from using it. There are limits on how many plans and edits an account can ask for in a short time. We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the site.

The drawings you download

You may use the plans drawn for your account, and the files you download, for your own home and your own projects, and share them with the professionals you work with. The site itself, its catalogue and its software remain ours.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the site running and its drawings accurate to the model behind them, but the site is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable or change. Because every plan is a concept design, we are not responsible for decisions made or work carried out on the basis of a plan or a Vastu report without the professional review described above.
