Shipping and exchange

Digital service, no physical shipping

VastuPlanner sells access to digital floor-planning features and downloadable files. We do not sell or ship physical goods. There is no courier, shipping fee or physical delivery address to provide at checkout.

Digital delivery

A generated plan appears in the signed-in customer's account after generation completes. A one-time unlock costs ₹899. After the payment provider confirms the payment, editing and digital downloads for the selected plan become available in that account. No physical item is sent.

If a confirmed payment does not unlock the plan, contact us with the payment reference. We will check the payment and account entitlement. Contact details are on the Contact page.

Exchanges

Exchanges do not apply to this digital service. If a payment is duplicated or an access issue occurs, contact us so we can review it. Refund eligibility is explained in the Cancellation and refunds policy.
