Privacy

What we keep

• Your account. Your email address, and if you sign in with Google, the basic profile Google shares when you allow it. Accounts and sign-in are run on Supabase.
• Your plans. The answers you give about your plot and home (its size, the side the road is on, the city, the rooms and preferences you choose, and any note you add), the plans drawn from them, your edits, and a record of each generation you asked for.
• Your plan unlocks. Which plan each one-time purchase is for, its amount, when it was paid, and the checkout and payment references from the payment provider. Older unlocks may have Razorpay references.

Payments

One-time plan unlocks are paid through Stripe or Razorpay, as offered at checkout. Monthly subscriptions are not currently offered. Your card, UPI or bank details are entered on the provider's own payment page and never reach VastuPlanner. The provider tells us whether a plan unlock is paid; we keep that status and the references above. The privacy policy of the provider you use, Stripe or Razorpay, covers the payment details it holds.

What it is used for

To run the site for you: to sign you in, draw and store your plans, show you your own work, and know which plan you are on. We do not sell your data, we do not show advertising, and we do not use your plans for anything other than showing them to you.

Your plans and answers are visible only to you. People who run the site can reach the database when it is needed to keep the site working or to answer a question you send us.

Cookies and your browser

Necessary cookies keep you signed in. If you choose Accept analytics, Google Analytics also uses cookies to measure visits, onboarding steps, generation results and checkout progress. Analytics stays off until you accept, and you can change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer. We keep that choice in a separate preference cookie for six months. We do not enable advertising signals or personalization. While you answer the questions for a new plan, your browser also keeps your unfinished answers on your own device, so you can come back to them; they are cleared when the plan is drawn.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we send Google Analytics generic page categories and a small set of usage events. We exclude your answers, notes, email, project names, project and source identifiers, query strings and page referrers. A verified purchase event includes its amount, currency and a hashed transaction reference to avoid counting it twice. Google also receives technical connection and device information. Analytics may miss events when consent is declined, cookies are blocked or a payment completes after you leave.

Where it is kept

The site runs on Google Cloud, and your account and plans are stored with Supabase. The site is served only over HTTPS.

Your choices

You can see everything you have drawn on your account page. To have your account and everything stored with it deleted, or to ask what we hold about you, write to us (see contact). Records of payments may need to be kept for as long as the law requires.

Changes

We may update this page; the date at the top says when it last changed.
